Shut Up Devil!

Sometimes you gotta tell the devil to Shut Up! When he's talking to you dont sit and listen to his lies talk back! Like Jesus did on the mountain when the enemy question Him about his Heavenly Father. God gave you the authority to stomp on the enemy the day you gave your life to him. Its by His blood we can speak life during spiritual warfare. Imagine if Jesus stood there believing everything the devil was telling him and then starting to doubt God on what he can do. Where would we be right now if He did??? Use the tool God gave you... Your tongue. It's there for a reason. Speak up my brothers and sisters. The fight is not between us but the enemy and his army. You are more than what the enemy is telling you if only you would believe. Praying God will quiet our minds so we can hear him more. #MinisteringToYou&Myself

Dream With God

To be honest, Y.E.S Kidz was meant to be a place for international Christian music/artists that have not been showcased, to be heard and for young adults to hear positive music. I first talked to God about my vision. I knew any thought that came to my mind that would bring God glory had to come from God first. He had to lay the foundation in my mind before I could see it. So I had to tell Him about it and ask Him "Is this what you really want me to do God? Is this plan you have for me?" After I asked I felt excited to get this started. To see how the it will turn out in the future.

There were times I wanted to give up but the urge to keep on going was always with me. I just couldn't give up. In my heart I knew it was Jesus giving me His strength to go on. After I decided to continue, little did I know, Y.E.S Kidz took a life of it's own. It became something more. That's what God does when you team up with Him. He takes your life, plans and thoughts and make it into a bigger picture, than you could ever imagined. I decided to 'Dream With God', partner up with Him. I made my dreams, His dreams. You can do the same as well. Trust Him with your dreams and visions and watch Him not only make it come to pass, but add more to it. He's willing to guide and direct your steps. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." -Philippians 4:13

Flaws & All

My topic today is aimed at INSECURITY. In my opinion insecurity has been around for too long for both sinners and born again Christians. My heart breaks to see and hear the young and the old put low value on themselves, when Jesus has paid the price for us to be free of those feelings. John 10:10 says, "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” Let me define the abundant life Jesus is talking about. A life that is full of joy, prosperity, strength for the body, mind, and spirit. Not insecurity, emptiness, discontentment, and defeat. I feel strongly about this
issue because I was that person and it's still a daily struggle for me. I have to remind myself what God said in Psalm 139:14 “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”

You might think your flaws are your downfall. That you can't go higher in life because of your looks, height, speech, not smart enough and not good enough. Well I'm here to tell you that thought is not true! That negative thought you think about yourself could be what God can use to help others and bring Him glory. For He does not call the qualified; but qualifies the called. The enemy wants you to think that and be that. He came to steal, kill, and destroy. John 10:10. But God made us in His image Genesis 1:27 can back me up on that “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. God does not make junk! Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, “He has made everything beautiful in its time.”

Trust and believe you are special, unique and one of a kind in God's eye. His love for you is unconditional no matter the good and bad you have done. God said it himself Isaiah 43:4, “Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you.” Did you hear that? “You are precious!” Wow! now doesn't that make you feel special? Men look at the outside; God is searching the heart.  Romans 12:2 says, “Be not conformed to this world.” We live in it but we are not of it. We now live in Jesus and he lives in us John 17:23 “I am in them and you are in me.”  I hope this blog has been a blessing to you. Please remember God loves your “flaws & all” and He will send people who will not only accept them but love them as well. God bless you my readers :)

No Qualifications NEEDED!

In the book of 1 Timothy 4:12 it says "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love; in faith and in purity." That led me to believe that God's not looking at age, degree or experience for you to be qualified to do the work of the Kingdom. You were approved before you were formed in the womb! He's waiting on you to accept the position. The tools you need are already in you waiting to BURST out. What tool is that you ask? In the book of John 14:26 Jesus said: "But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you" therefore you can say the tool is the Holy Spirit. Who is the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit is the third person in the Trinity, which consist of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is alive, He is a person, He is eternal, He has a will and can speak. Jesus did not die on the cross and leave us. He is alive and living in us. John 15:4 He says: "Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. So remember you were chosen by God to do great things no matter what circumstances. John 15:16 "You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit--fruit that will last--so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you." Let go and Let God be your boss today :)
